Delivery Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card; however, your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available. Once confirmed, we will process the payment, and your order will be dispatched within 2-4 days. If there is any delay, such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Curb Side Delivery

Please ensure the outside of your property is accessible and clear of obstructions.

Large items such as stoves will arrive on small pallets and require two strong people to lift them onto and into your property. 

Delivery Lead Times

Delivery times can vary depending on the item. Some may use a booking-in option, where the courier arranges directly with the buyer to determine when the items will be delivered. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages for each product.

  • 10 working days: Leisuregrow, Lifestyle Appliances, Fire Pits UK

Items which are made or modified to order, such as spraying an alternative colour, will take longer to be delivered. Details are also shown on the product pages in the Delivery Information tab.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Order before the delivery cut-off date to avoid disappointment.
