What is the cost of my delivery?

Scotland and the highlands of Scotland may incur additional delivery fees. 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We deliver throughout mainland UK and most major islands.  

Can you install my product?

Glowing Flames is a specialist Fireplace and Stoves online retailer and as such do not provide an installation service. For Gas appliances and hard wired electrical appliances always ensure your installer is suitably certified and registered. We suggest getting a quote from a local installer before purchasing for peace of mind.

How long will my product take to deliver?

Delivery times can vary depending on the supplier however the vast majority of products are held in stock with our suppliers and are available for despatch within 2-3 days, with some available for next day delivery. You will be sent delivery details and tracking information once your purchase is complete.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?
