Fit and use it as set out in the instruction manual, which gives the clearances and any recess or wall requirements. If the fire is hardwired or built into a wall, have the electrical work done by a qualified electrician.

No. The door is for effect only and does not open.

Can I plug it in?

Yes, it is listed as plug and play. The plug must stay accessible after installation so the stove can be isolated in an emergency, so it must not be plugged in anywhere behind the stove or a surround.

How tall is it?

The stove is 545mm high. With the white angled pipe it is 805mm and with the white straight pipe 930mm.

Can I use the flame without heat?

Yes. The first setting is the flame effect only, so you can enjoy the flames without heat.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, with no restocking fees. Returns after day 14 must be unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging. If we collect, it costs £90 for a single pallet item or £150 for two-person and multi-pallet deliveries; garden buildings, and collections from Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands, are priced before booking and never cost more than £250. Items made to your specification are excluded, and faulty or damaged goods are collected free.
