Cast Iron Cooking Grid

A double-sided 54 x 34 cm cast iron cooking grid for Buschbeck masonry barbecues and grill bars. It weighs about 4.5 kg and has two removable cast iron handles for lifting it on and off the barbecue.

Why choose the Buschbeck cast iron cooking grid

• Double-sided cast iron, about 4.5 kg.
• Same 54 x 34 cm size as the standard Buschbeck grill.
• Two removable cast iron handles.
• Season it with solid vegetable fat; it darkens and becomes less sticky with use.
