About this product
Allow for an oven 780 mm wide and 855 mm deep, 1140 mm high (wood) or 1175 mm (hybrid), weighing 100 kg. Countertop versions need a strong, fire-resistant worktop, stand or base, with the supplied feet fitted.

All versions: flue and chimney cap, fire door, analogue thermometer, four support feet. Wood: flame tamer, tie rod, wood holder. Hybrid: gas hose, regulator, conversion kit. Trolley versions: the trolley.
Outdoor use only, on a firm, level surface clear of buildings, fences and branches. Run hybrids in a well-ventilated area from an LPG bottle (up to 9 kg on the trolley version), with the supplied hose and regulator, never on both fuels at once.
Fontana rates the Margherita at 2 pizzas at a time.
It comes with its own 150 mm flue and chimney cap, exiting from the top.
Wood versions burn logs only. Hybrids run on LPG, or on wood with the supplied kit, never both at once.
