About this product

Will it suit your space?

Check the sizes table below for the external size, internal floor, height and door opening of each size. Check the space with the overhang included, and leave room all round to build it and to treat the timber each year. It needs a firm, flat and level base such as concrete, paving slabs or a timber frame base; grass, soil or loose gravel will move under the weight.

Questions

What size base do I need?

Make the base at least as big as the building itself and firm, flat and level. The external size of each option is in the sizes table.

Does it need treating?

Yes. It is supplied untreated; apply paint, stain or a wood treatment after assembly. Treating it with a quality spirit-based preservative on or shortly after assembly and then at least every 12 months keeps Shire's 10 year anti-rot guarantee valid.

Can it be assembled for me?

Yes. Choose the With Assembly option and the building is put up on site. The base must be ready, firm and level before the installation day.

Does it come with a floor?

Yes: 12mm tongue and groove on pressure treated bearers.

How big is the door?

The door opening is 676mm wide and 1,705mm high on the 7x7, 8x6, 9x9 and 10x10; see the sizes table for the 8x8.
