The Shire Elveden is a two-room log cabin with walls of 44mm interlocking logs, a 19mm tongue and groove roof with mineral roof felt, and a 19mm tongue and groove floor on pressure treated bearers. It comes in 2 sizes, 10x20 and 14x26, with or without assembly. Both sizes have a covered porch: recessed on the 10x20, and with pressure treated decking on the 14x26.

It arrives as a kit with instructions, or choose the With Assembly option and it is put up for you on a base you have prepared.

What size base do I need?
Make the base at least as big as the building itself and firm, flat and level. The external size of each option is in the sizes table.
Does it need treating?
It is supplied untreated. Paint or stain it immediately after installation; both sizes have a 10 year anti-rot guarantee on Shire's terms: treat with a quality spirit-based preservative on or shortly after assembly and at least every 12 months; firm, level base and other conditions apply.
Can it be assembled for me?
Yes. Choose the With Assembly option and the building is put up on site. The base must be ready, firm and level before the installation day.
Does it come with a floor?
Yes: 19mm tongue and groove on pressure treated bearers.
How big is the door?
The door opening is 1,420mm wide and 1,810mm high on the 10x20, and 1,600mm wide and 2,000mm high on the 14x26.
