The Shire Badminton is a 7x10 apex summerhouse with 12mm shiplap tongue and groove walls on 34mm square framing, a 12mm tongue and groove floor and a 12mm tongue and groove roof with mineral felt. It has a single joinery door and two opening windows. You can choose it with or without a veranda, and Without Assembly or With Assembly.

Check the space with the overhang included, and leave room all round to build it and to treat the timber each year. It needs a firm, flat and level base such as concrete, paving slabs or a timber frame base; grass, soil or loose gravel will move under the weight.
