The Shire Kensington is a classic summerhouse with planed shiplap tongue and groove walls on 34mm square framing, a tongue and groove roof and floor, joinery double doors that open out to the front and a large opening side window that can go on either side. It comes in 7x7 and 7x10, each with or without a veranda, and Without Assembly or With Assembly.

What size base do I need?
Make the base at least as big as the building itself and firm, flat and level. The external size of each option is in the sizes table.
Does it need treating?
Yes. It has a dip treated base coat and needs a top coat of paint or stain after assembly.
Can it be assembled for me?
Yes. Choose the With Assembly option and the building is put up on site. The base must be ready, firm and level before the installation day.
Does it come with a floor?
Yes: tongue and groove.
How big is the door?
Without a veranda, the door opening is 910mm wide and 1,710mm high on both the 7x7 and the 7x10.
