The Shire Westminster is a 13x7 apex summerhouse with walls of 12mm shiplap tongue and groove on 34mm square framing, a 12mm tongue and groove floor and an apex 12mm tongue and groove roof with mineral felt. It has double doors with a fixed window on each side and three opening side windows. Choose it with or without a veranda, and with or without assembly.

Check the space with the overhang included, and leave room all round to build it and to treat the timber each year. It needs a firm, flat and level base such as concrete, paving slabs or a timber frame base; grass, soil or loose gravel will move under the weight.
