The Shire Buckingham is a 7x7 apex summerhouse with 12mm shiplap tongue and groove walls on 34mm square framing, a 12mm tongue and groove roof with mineral felt and a 12mm tongue and groove floor. It has joinery double doors and a large opening Georgian style window that fits on either side. Choose it without a veranda, with a small canopy over the front gable, or with a veranda at the front, each without or with assembly.

What size base do I need?
Make the base at least as big as the building itself and firm, flat and level. The external size of each option is in the sizes table.
Does it need treating?
Yes. It has a dip treated base coat and needs a top coat of paint or stain on installation. Treating it at least every 12 months keeps Shire's 10 year anti-rot guarantee valid, on both versions.
Can it be assembled for me?
Yes. Choose the With Assembly option and the building is put up on site. The base must be ready, firm and level before the installation day.
Does it come with a floor?
Yes: 12mm tongue and groove.
How big is the door?
