The Shire Parham is a 7x7 summerhouse with planed shiplap tongue and groove walls on 34mm square framing, a tongue and groove floor and a tongue and groove roof with mineral felt. It has double doors that open out to the front and a large opening side window that fits on either side, with styrene safety glazing. You can choose it with or without a veranda, and Without Assembly or With Assembly.

Check the space with the overhang included, and leave room all round to build it and to treat the timber each year. It needs a firm, flat and level base such as concrete, paving slabs or a timber frame base; grass, soil or loose gravel will move under the weight.
